1.2 Global Culture and Stereotypes

My response to the KFC commerical fiasco is explaining about a black guy being rascist by stereotyping black people which this commercial i think it's telling us only a white obeise guy should be able to dance with fried chicken in his hands.that is also affecting the culture to all people how they are and look in society.

1.1 Profile of a Media Consumer

The medium that i will most spend time with is watching television because it entertains people,you might even learn from the channels you watch, it's a fun time to spend when your not doing anything in particular, also enjoy watching episodes with your family and friends.
The medium that i mostly like is music because it's a type of media that everybody would enjoy to listen,sing,downloading music videos and dance to. which everybody has a different varities of bands they like and artists they like to listen. it's just a one big music organization that is together.
The medium i use for reasearch/information is the computer and internet. it's used for entertainment to because you can watch important videos and shows. any intresting details you could read off is newspapers, novels, magazines and news you can related to.

One laptop per child

Today we watched a video is bascially about giving a laptop to a child around the world that could be any where. one laptop per child is non-profit organization we can give to a poor child that needs a computer to also get a good education to teach a child what they can do to learn.Nicholas Negroponte talks about how one lap top per child is doing. It also connects them to understand to the internet to access what they learned throughout they need on the internet.

the laptop is a very impressive computer for a child can learn and interact with, all these features are for the schools especially for the ones that don't have a computer in the countries that the poor kids have.

wireless Electricity

we watched a video dealt with wireless electricity and explaining that people don't have to use old wires anymore because its like junk.

this video was very intresing because it explained about the wireless electricity very well. it showing if anybody wants to buy it really catches are attention.

the main point about this video its showing things that we have to know about the resonance that why because of efficent energy exchange between tuned resonant objects.also has very little energy transfered to extraneous or off-resonant objects.

the witricity workes by a power capture coil is brought within range of power source coil. the saftey about it is magnetic fields are safe for animals and people.

what would it be like when the internet was invented it has changed? no one knows for sure? it prbably changed rapidly since through the years? the history of the internet tells me what computers changed throughout what we believe, and what we expect there is it would be different?

Since the internet was invented it has changed when People have been in awe of computers since they were first invented. At first scientist said that computers would only be for government usage only computers have made drastic changes through the years.

The Internet is a vast network of computers and other mini-networks all linked together so that everyone can find information,purchase products, or meet new people. It is easily assessable from home for anyone that has a computer and a modem or at a local library. It has made a huge impact since its introduction to the public and now some people cannot see life without it. It is also relatively new considering it was just about 10 years ago that it was made public and easily accessible to everyone thorough online services.

The Internet was originally developed by - DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, as a means to share information on defense research between involved universities and defense research facilities. Originally it was just email and FTP sites as well as the Use net where scientists could question and answer each other.

The Internet has become such an integral part of our lives, with such powerful capabilities, that it is easy to forget that this technological marvel was created by the long, hard, dedicated efforts of human beings -- folks who had a vision of what universal networking could become and worked to make it happen.
